Unknown Bidder Offers $950M for Atlantic City Tropicana
Joseph Palladino, Director of Acquisitions for New York City based mystery company that calls itself "Private Family Office" has entered a bid for the Tropicana Atlantic City which - according to the press release - is "on behalf of a company to be disclosed."
The press release goes on to say that the Mystery Company plans to invest $150M in capital upgrades to the property (paint job, throw pillows, new carpeting and heated toilet seats?) as well as build a coupla hotels, one in New York and one in Ocean County New Jersey.
