New Development : Pagano Real Estate Seeks Casino Zoning
Local developer Pagano Real Estate is seeking a zoning change to allow casino gaming on a 17 acre site adjacent to Borgata. They are also interested in connecting it to the triangular property between Huron, Absecon & Brigantine which is owned by Triple Five, the folks who own the Mall of America.
This whole deal looks more like a potential real estate flip than an actual casino development. We've gone and added it to the Casino Project Master Map anyways.
