Atlantic City Master Project Map Update
Thanks to an email tip-off from one of our readers (email me back yo!) I've made a bunch of updates to the Atlantic City Casino Projects Master Map.
I'm just getting rolling here with the new Atlantic City blog and am still very much in the research phase, so any and all help, tip offs and debugging you can offer would be unbelievably helpful.
When I get a clearer picture of the past present and future of these resort parcels, I will be posting profiles of each one. I'm hoping by January that some of these will start rolling out.
The Dunes Site has been enlarged to add the five purchases that AC Gateway LLC has made in the last 14 months. I'll be posting more about this property in the coming days.
The Hilton's land parcel includes the two parking lots to the north east (highlighted in dark red). The Hilton's owners, Colony Capital are currently making plans to build a new tower and casino expansion.
The Pinnacle Atlantic City site, formerly the Sands Atlantic City, has been enlarged to include most of the parcel on the north side of Pacific Avenue.
Resorts International (also owned by Colony Capital) also owns the parcel to the west of it and there is talk that they are in discussions to sell it to the Planet Hollywood folks in Las Vegas.
