THE BATTLE OF THE BEACH BUMS - It's ON!

The last time we heard the name Margaritaville in AC was when it was bandied about as a possible buyer for Trump Marina. Resorts International (Merv's old place) announced today that a new Margaritaville themed casino, restaurant and beach bar will be added to Resorts starting immediately.

The casino will feature similar Key West themed casino that Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville brand is known for... giant lime lights, beachy print carpeting, lots of sea blue, palm trees and sailing stuff.

One can only wonder what that other booze slinging rocker Sammy Hagar thinks... his "Sammy's Beach Bar" at Ballys does swift business (and has a killer in house reggae band).

I am in full appreciation of the beach bars movement in Atlantic City. We need more, now please. Particularly up by Revel.

Oh lovely, we have spammers.

Key West in AC? Well.....ok. *shrugs*

^ I want to bury those people in newsprint. More specifically the Christian Science Monitor and the National Enquirer. Spamscum.
